Jarwala.com is owned and operated by Krishna Enterprises, based in Meerut, India. We provide packaging materials

including jars, bottles, containers, droppers, and other accessories. By placing an order, you confirm that all information

provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve

the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Payments

Payments can be made online via secure gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, etc.). All prices are in INR and inclusive of

applicable taxes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.

Shipping charges may apply and will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email

us at care.jarwala@gmail.com with order details and images. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after product

inspection.

All content, images, designs, and logos on Jarwala.in are the property of Krishna Enterprises. Reproduction or misuse is

strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or inability to use our site or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
